In their final stage, they are carefully grain-finished to complete the marbling — the traditional and proven method used by Wagyu producers around the world to bring out the breed's signature buttery texture and rich, complex flavour. This is what creates that iconic Wagyu marbling score — and it's what makes the difference between good beef and truly exceptional beef.
