Shipping Policy

What We Ship We offer shipping on our tallow and skincare products worldwide. Our fresh and frozen beef products are available for home delivery within South East Queensland (SEQ) and Northern Rivers NSW only.

Home Delivery Home delivery is fulfilled by our trusted third-party transport partner. Orders are processed on a weekly run — all orders must be placed by Wednesday for delivery the following week. You'll receive confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Worldwide Shipping (Tallow & Skincare) Our tallow and skincare products ship internationally. Please allow additional time for international orders beyond standard processing. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Market Pickup Skip the delivery and grab your order fresh from the Beef Bus at your local market. Check our Markets & Home Delivery page for upcoming dates and locations. Select Market Pickup at checkout and bring your order confirmation.

Order Processing Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing. Orders for home delivery must be received by Wednesday to be included in the following week's delivery run.
