Cancellation & Order Amendment Policy

Perishable Products — Important Notice Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final once your order has entered our weekly delivery run. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Cancellation Window Cancellations and order amendments are accepted before Wednesday midnight AEST for that week's delivery. After this cutoff, your order will be in preparation and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

To request a cancellation before the cutoff, contact us immediately via our contact page or Shopify Inbox.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsafe Orders Your satisfaction and food safety are our priority. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised cold chain, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product and packaging

We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate. Refunds are issued at our discretion in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Tallow & Skincare Products Unopened tallow and skincare products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.
